Although I have only been here less than a year, working at DayGlo has been an incredibly rewarding experience both professionally and personally. I have built strong relationships with my colleagues that have helped me with questions, advice, and encouragement. I have felt welcomed and included from the very beginning in all aspects. My experience here has been positive and has helped me grow professionally, strengthen my confidence, and motivates me to continue to strive for excellence. Each year we support an exhibition of more than 50 regional artists at Cleveland's Waterloo Arts district. Using paint that we donate, the show features paintings on canvas, mixed-media sculptures, clay creations, painted textiles and more. To ensure each piece of art pops off the walls, we even swap out the standard gallery lighting with black light.
